Tips & Tricks

** All yarn is hand dyed in a tobacco-free, dog-friendly environment (although the old girl isn’t allowed anywhere near the yarn!)

 

** Please wind yarn into a ball or cake before use. If you don’t have the ability or desire to do that, feel free to have us do it for you!

** While we have taken every effort to ensure that our photographs come across true-to-color, variance between monitors is unavoidable, so please be aware colors may vary slightly upon arrival.

** As with all hand dyed yarns, colors will vary from skein to skein, even amongst those in the same dye lot. Because of this, it is recommended that you alternate skeins through larger projects.

** A small amount of dye run is to be expected in the first wash; please wash on its own for the first time. It is recommended that all yarns be laid flat to dry; superwash yarns may be machine washed on a gentle cycle while nonsuperwash yarns should be washed by hand in cold water.

Return Policy: Orders may be returned, unopened, within 14 days of receiving your order, for either refund or replacement. Refunds will be made as soon as Spinning Tales receives the return order, and will not include shipping fees. Any opened or manipulated yarn cannot be returned.
