Are we out of stock of a color you’re just dyeing (sorry, I couldn’t resist!) to get your hands on? Need a sweater-or-more quantity of yarn and want to make sure it’s all coming from the same dye lot? Order any of our colorways on a minimum of 4 skeins of the same base, any base you’d like, and we’ll be happy to help! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TO ENSURE YOU GET THE YARN YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!:
How it works:
1) Decide which of our delicious colorways you'd like to order in quantities of four (4) skeins or more! and be sure to make note of the name! Can't decide? We've got so many wonderful past collections to browse!
2) Double-check our bases and decide which you'd like to order your sweater quantity on! PLEASE remember that all dyed-to-order sweater quantities must be on the same base
3.) Add this listing to your cart, and in the 'Notes' section list both the name and base you'd like to order! Please remember to list BOTH the name and the yarn base you're ordering, or completing your order will be delayed.
4.) Dyed-to-order orders have a 4-6 week turnaround, and as they are custom ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.) Any items purchased in the same cart as a dyed-to-order listing will be held and shipped when the dyed-to-order skeins are ready to ship!
6.) Remember you can use code SWEATER for 10% off orders of 6 items or more, and that those discounts stack with both free shipping and our community pricing model!

Orders may be returned, unopened, within 14 days of receiving your order, for either refund or replacement. Refunds will be made as soon as Spinning Tales receives the return order, and will not include shipping fees. Any opened or manipulated yarn cannot be returned. Care Instructions
**All yarn is hand dyed in a tobacco-free, dog-friendly environment (although the old girl isn’t allowed anywhere near the yarn)
** Please wind yarn into a ball or cake before use. If you don’t have the ability or desire to do that, feel free to have us do it for you!
** While we have taken every effort to ensure that our photographs come across true-to-color, variance between monitors is unavoidable, so please be aware colors may vary slightly upon arrival.
** As with all hand dyed yarns, colors will vary from skein to skein, even amongst those in the same dye lot. Because of this, it is recommended that you alternate skeins through larger projects.
** A small amount of dye run is to be expected in the first wash; please wash on its own for the first time. It is recommended that all yarns be laid flat to dry; superwash yarns may be machine washed on a gentle cycle while nonsuperwash yarns should be washed by hand in cold water.
